As a Level 3 Network Engineer, youll be the trusted technical leader designing and securing vital network systems that keep our clients businesses running smoothly and safely. You wont just build networks, you'll solve complex challenges, guide junior engineers, and partner closely with clients to deliver smart, resilient solutions. This role gives you the chance to lead impactful projects and shape the future of network security.

This position is located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and will be in the office 3 days per week.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of network design, implementation, and security experience, with sharp critical thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of network security and vulnerability remediation.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and mentor junior staff.
• Experience with Fortinet, Moroi, or regulated industries (healthcare, finance) is a plus.
• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required if you have strong relevant experience.
• Comfortable traveling up to 25% to support clients on-site.
