Job Details

Shift Schedule:

• Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Varies (includes major holidays)

Requirements & Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License: North Carolina (NC) ( required )
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA) ( preferred )
  • NIHSS ( preferred )

Experience:

• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• EMR Proficiency: EPIC ( preferred )
• Patient Population: Adults/geriatrics with:
  • Diabetes, cardiopulmonary conditions, infectious diseases
  • Post-surgical care (general, ortho, uro-gyn)
  • Neurological/psych monitoring

Additional Requirements:

• Floating: Required within scope
• Local Rule: No candidates from Richmond County ( locals outside county accepted )

Unit & Facility Details

• Unit Size: 44 beds
• Remote Telemetry: Monitored by tele techs
• Support Teams:
  • PT/RT, Rapid Response, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy
