Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Location: Camden, SC 29020
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights – 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Floating Requirement: Yes, within scope and between like units

On-Call: Not required

Requirements

• Licensure:
  • South Carolina RN License or Compact License (must be active prior to start)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience required
  • First-time travelers accepted
• Certifications (Required):
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Special Requirements:
  • Must have IV start skills
  • Preferred: Experience with telemetry and cardiac gtt management

• PCA
• Heparin Protocols
• IV Insulin Protocols*

Endocrine/Metabolic

• Wound Care/Wound Vac*

Genitourinary/Renal

• Renal failure*

Orthopedics & Surgery

• Total Joint Replacements*
• Surgical Drains*

• Parking: Free in unrestricted spaces

Additional Notes Local Radius Rule: 60 miles (locals accepted at 10% lower rate on case-by-case basis)
