Our client in Rice Lake is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join their team. As a Temporary HR Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary HR Assistant

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $25/hr

Shift: 1st - 8 to 12 Week Assignment

What's the Job?

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
• Handle payroll and timecard processing using iSolved.
• Perform clerical tasks including filing paperwork and answering phones.
• Assist with various HR tasks and logistics as needed.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
