Covermatic is on the hunt for a rockstar Service Coordinator to help us deliver top-notch service to our customers and partners. If you love juggling tasks, solving problems, and being part of a winning crew—this could be your perfect fit!

As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person making sure every customer has an exceptional experience, from their first call to the final installation. You’ll work closely with the owners and handle everything from scheduling and quoting to ordering and customer communication.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver amazing customer service, even when the phones are buzzing!
• Create and update customer profiles, service orders, and payment info in our customized software.
• Confidently explain maintenance plans, warranties, and service options, you’ll be the expert they trust.
• Put together and send quotes for new and replacement cover systems.
• Schedule services and installations by priority and geographic location.
• Confirm appointments, send invoices, and process payments (keep things moving!).
• Help customers with questions or concerns, using your good judgment and calm vibe.
• Build great relationships with pool builders and repeat clients.
• Follow up on open invoices and assist with accounts receivable.
