Location : New York, NY (hybrid Tues-Thurs) Salary Range : $60k-72k Years of experience 6 months - 1.5yrs Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. What You'll Do Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing), Yahoo, and bid management systems like DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, and InsideVault. Develop and execute effective bidding strategies and manage keywords to achieve target acquisition goals and efficiency metrics. Contribute to the generation of regular performance reports (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) for clients, identifying and resolving data anomalies. Assist in the development of test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives, and the identification and implementation of business opportunities. Lead portions of weekly client reporting calls, communicating key metrics, goal attainment, and optimization recommendations. Provide consistent support to Manager level and above on forecasting and new business opportunities. Who You Are A strategic thinker who can connect overarching goals with tactical execution. Preferred Skills & Experience Up to 1.5 years of direct experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.). Exceptional quantitative skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel. A strong enthusiasm for learning about Search Engine Marketing within a growing and successful team. Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of SEM programs and identify opportunities for growth. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
