We’re on the lookout for an scrum master who’s not just a facilitator, but a catalyst for change—someone who energizes teams, removes roadblocks, and champions Agile best practices across the board.

  • Lead and energize all core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Mentor and guide teams in Agile principles, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, and transparency
  • Identify and amplify team strengths while tactfully coaching through growth areas
  • Be a guardian of Scrum values and frameworks, ensuring your team’s alignment with Agile best practices
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and foster a spirit of self-organization and empowerment
  • Drive communication between teams and stakeholders, breaking down silos and driving aligned delivery
  • Partner with other Scrum Masters to continuously elevate Agile maturity across the organization
  • Proactively address impediments and help the team maintain momentum toward sprint goals
  • Bring visibility to team performance through unbiased and impactful reporting
  • Offer practical, people-first solutions to process challenges

What You Bring To The Team

  • 4+ years in product or project development (3+ years on an Agile team)
  • A passion for Agile and a deep understanding of Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
  • Proven ability to coach, facilitate, and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Mastery of Agile techniques like story splitting, estimation, and retrospectives
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills, especially in collaboration with product teams
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and visual
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Points If You

  • Have Scrum Master certification(s)
  • Have experience scaling Agile across multiple teams or departments
  • Are comfortable challenging the status quo to continuously improve team performance
