The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Records Manager for the Treatment and Detention Center located in Rushville, Illinois. Performs duties of a highly responsible administrative nature. Performs a variety of staff functions. Coordinates and assists with projects associated with monitoring facility clinical records and projects. Assists in the interpretation and implementation of policy and procedures to verify the efficient functioning of the records section of the facility. Prepares reports and proposals and conducts research. Serves as the facility Litigation Coordinator for all lawsuits.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm; 30-minute unpaid lunch
