PRN Pharmacist Mauston, WI
Setting: Long-Term Care / Retail Hybrid
Location: Mauston, Wisconsin
Coverage Dates: Saturday, August 9 Saturday, August 16, 2025
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM1:00 PM; Closed Sundays
Were seeking a relief pharmacist to support a small, independently run long-term care pharmacy during scheduled vacation coverage. The pharmacy is currently operated by the owner, and theyre looking for a trusted PRN pharmacist to join the team short termwith strong potential for future needs, including some remote per diem work.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing and packaging medications
Managing inventory and coordinating deliveries
Ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Supporting pharmacy systems and daily workflow
Communicating with patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin pharmacist license
Retail or LTC pharmacy experience
Familiarity with FrameworkLTC is a plus (training available)
