Family 1 (Jollyville): We are a young, busy but laid-back couple who both work as attorneys with one baby boy who is calm, but with a sassy side. He has a big personality built into a small package, but has never met a stranger he won’t giggle with. Our jobs are demanding, and so we are looking for someone who we can rely on, who can also (sometimes) be a little flexible, and someone who can take care of our little guy when we can’t. We favor an interactive environment to foster development. We have a pond-facing two-story house with no pets. Family 2 (Rosedale): We are two full-time working parents who occasionally work from home and are looking for a trusted caregiver for our first child. He is sweet but will cry when something is bothering him. We are easy-going and value communication, collaboration, age-appropriate routines, and a calm but active home environment. We like respectful recommendations on how to do things effectively and safely, but we will make the final decision. We have a three-story house with no pets.
