Responsibilities Partnering with clients to understand their objectives and develop impactful visual solutions.
Creating digital proofs, preparing files for production, and ensuring artwork is print-ready.
Assisting clients in person and via phone with inquiries related to print, signage, and marketing services.
Utilizing internal systems to accurately input and manage job details for client orders.
Contributing to a smooth production workflow by providing support to the team, including hands-on assistance as necessary.
Continuously learning about materials, processes, and design principles to deliver exceptional quality.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in a role involving customer interaction or client communication.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and a collaborative team attitude.
Valid driver's license.
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Skills Graphic Design Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), a keen eye for detail, and a passion for clean, effective design.
Customer Service & Communication: A positive, people-first attitude, a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to understand client goals.
Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and accurately manage job tickets.
Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn and apply knowledge of materials, processes, and design best practices.
Teamwork & Collaboration: A strong work ethic, positive team spirit, and a collaborative approach.
Client Focus: A sense of ownership and pride in client relationships.
Practical Skills: Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
