CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a talented Jira Lead Administrator to join our growing team of technology and software consulting professionals. This full-time, mid-level position in the Department of Information Technology offers a salary range of $101,920 to $138,320 per year, with actual pay based on skills and experience. Responsibilities include: Creating custom projects in Atlassian tool suite for complex workflows Providing advanced configuration of Atlassian tools to promote CI/CD Creating and maintaining Jira and Confluence collaboration sites Analyzing, researching, managing, and implementing integrated Atlassian tools, plugins, and applications Interfacing with stakeholders as a trusted advisor Assisting in system upgrades or replacements Gathering requirements and optimizing business processes Qualifications: 7+ years in systems analysis and design of information systems 3+ years with Jira and Confluence administration Experience with Bamboo and Bitbucket Advanced degree with relevant experience Knowledge of Agile principles Excellent communication skills Ability to obtain a government security clearance Atlassian certified Jira Administrator preferred Knowledge of Networking, DNS, Databases, APIs, SAML, Akamai Experience with Federal Systems Engineering Life Cycles and Software Development Life Cycles Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision Life Insurance 401k Flexible Spending Accounts Paid Time Off and Holidays CGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
