What does your day look like? Picture yourself influencing design decisions, engaging with a skilled team, and ensuring that our steel joists meet—and exceed—project and industry standards.

Primary Adventures Await:

• Designing intricately responsible steel joists targeting commercial and industrial facilities.
• Executing structural analysis through advanced software tools and precise manual calculations.
• Facilitating active collaboration among drafting, manufacturing, and project teams.
• Strategizing from blueprints and providing systemic guidance to optimize effectiveness.
• Delivering expert advice and technical support to enhance our services.
• Committing to compliance with all relevant safety and engineering standards.

Your Professional Toolkit:

• In possession of a civil or structural engineering degree (higher education is an advantage).
• Certification as a PE—or at least on the journey there—elevates your profile.
• Three or more years in the arena of steel joist design.
• Mastery in structural software like RISA, SAP2000, and STAAD.
• AISC and SJI standard proficiency is required.
• Persuasive communication and innovative problem-solving skills.
