The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data integration and transformation processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the delivery of high-quality data solutions. You will work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to test and validate ETL workflows and data pipelines. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for ETL processes. + Prepare detailed test cases and scenarios based on business requirements and technical design documents. + Execute test cases to validate ETL workflows and data transformations. + Perform various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). + Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source and target systems. + Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools. + Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to resolve issues and verify fixes. + Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards to communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders. + Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong experience in ETL Testing with a focus on data validation and transformation. + Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis. + Hands-on experience with Informatica and Snowflake or similar ETL and cloud data platforms. + Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect management processes. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with test automation tools for data testing. + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. + Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
