Position Details:
As the Director, Operations and Project Management, you will lead the Science & Engineering (S&E) Teams administration and operations team, supporting projects that promote children's mental healthcare while developing robust operational processes and administrative workflows. You will collaborate with administrative teams for contracting, accounting, and compliance while standardizing project management methodologies across CMI wide operational teams and the S&E portfolio. Furthermore, you will implement systems for efficient resource allocation, budget monitoring, and cross-departmental communication to ensure operational excellence.
Reporting to the Director, Office of the Chief Scientist, this is a full-time, exempt and hybrid (in office 4 days per week, 1 day remote) in our Midtown, NY office.

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
