Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Director of Service to support our team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, service-driven environment with growth potential.

Responsibilities

· Collect all vital information to execute client requests

· Assist in the assembly of needed documents and reports for client’s annual reviews

· Perform tasks required to execute all distributions including Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs)

· Update client contact information and beneficiary information with financial custodians

· Input data or file information in the applicable systems or files as required

· Monitor annuity policies for annual reallocation

o Ensure deadlines are met for all reallocations

o Communicate with advisors on recommendations and options

o Contact Client to inform them of the reallocation and account(s) that will be impacted and set a meeting if requested

o Submit completed forms to companies

o Track all submissions sent to carriers

· Process all withdrawal requests

· Escalate any concerns to management

· Process any annuity surrenders

· Manage all income benefits

· Maintain client communication with status updates on transactions

· Attend and participate in seminars, client events and company trainings (some evenings, possible weekends and out of town)

· Assist in attendance confirmations before events

· Assist in the follow-up with prospective clients after events

• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior Administrative Experience (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
• High school degree (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)
• Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
• Prior Experience Working with CRM Systems (Preferred)

Salary: $47,000 - $52,000 (depending on experience and licensing) + opportunities for generous quarterly and annual bonuses and additional incentives
