The Opportunity

This position will be responsible for supporting the strategy and deployment of ASBs digital banking service. To be successful in this role this position will need to maintain a well-developed knowledge of bank products and services offered and demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. This position will be expected to collaborate with other bank departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Count On To:

  • Provide stellar customer service.
  • Oversee the execution and ongoing support of new products or services in digital banking.
  • Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of online business services relationships including online business banking support, ACH, electronic payments, online bill payment, etc.
  • Provide resolution for issues received via phone, email, face-to-face, or instant messaging in a professional, timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the roll-out of new features and applications.
  • Keep up to date with evolving online and technology trends, explore new and effective product enhancements and propose to senior management.
  • Understand and research payment trends and opportunities for our customers. Understand ACH rules.
  • Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs and building solutions to meet these needs. Lead customer development activities in these areas.
  • Allocate team resources and digital resources to effectively serve the customers.
  • Sell our deposit, payment and digital services and accounts to customers, specifically commercial customers.
  • Establish training for payment operations personnel enterprise-wide.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred.
  • Ability to keep abreast of new technological developments and evaluate the banks strategic reaction to each.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on a variety of projects throughout the day.
  • Must be willing to undertake challenging tasks and provide solutions for complex problems.
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, and a demonstrated leader who is capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Strong business acumen, and the ability to lead effectively in all phases of the company.
