Job Description

ITnova is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support decision-making and business intelligence.

Duties:

• Gather, clean, and validate large datasets.


• Perform statistical analysis and create data visualizations.


• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.


• Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven opportunities.


• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.


• Support predictive analytics and data modeling projects.


• Document processes and maintain data dictionaries.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics.

General Experience: Five (5) years in data analysis.

Specialized Experience:

• Three (3) years working with data visualization and BI tools.


• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R).


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
