Weâre seeking an experienced Construction Industrial Electrical Estimator to join our team and support growing industrial and commercial projects throughout Northern California. In this role, you'll play a critical part in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for large-scale electrical scopesâfrom concept to bid submission.
What You'll Do:
Review electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
Perform quantity takeoffs and value engineering.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scope.
Use estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel) to develop and submit proposals.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for up-to-date pricing.
Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings when required.
What You Bring:
5â10 years of estimating experience in industrial/commercial electrical projects .
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and California codes.
Experience working with electrical scopes over $1M+.
Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, and Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Field experience as an electrician or electrical project manager.
