As a Charity Events Assistant, you will be an essential part of bringing community campaigns to life through engaging events and impactful outreach. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Supporting event logistics including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and onsite execution

• Engaging with attendees, donors, and community members to raise awareness and encourage participation

• Managing event materials, tracking inventory, and ensuring smooth event flow

• Updating donor and event data, assisting with post-event reporting and follow-up

• Collaborating with nonprofit partners and internal teams to meet campaign goals

• Participating in team training and meetings to grow your skills and impact
