Key Responsibilities:

• Represent our organization and client brands professionally at community events, promotional pop-ups, and outreach campaigns

• Engage directly with the public to educate, inform, and build interest in client missions, services, or products

• Create positive, memorable experiences that reflect the values of each brand or cause

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborate with the team to meet marketing and outreach goals

• Collect feedback and share insights to improve brand communication strategies

• Stay current with campaign updates and brand messaging

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus

• Strong communication and people skills

• Outgoing, approachable, and confident engaging with the public

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Passionate about marketing, public service, or nonprofit work

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Must have reliable transportation to attend event locations

• Experience in customer service, retail, or promotions is helpful but not required
