We support our people with flexible work arrangements, wellness and mental health resources, and a collaborative environment. monday.com is seeking an Application Security Researcher to identify vulnerabilities in our platform, manage our bug bounty program, and collaborate with R&D to enhance security. The Application Security Team is based at our headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you will be the first team member from London. We operate a hybrid work model with 3 days in the London office. About The Role Conduct black, gray, and white box penetration testing on our platform, both frontend and backend. Manage the bug bounty program, including engaging with hackers and communicating with the hacker community. Handle end-to-end resolution of reported vulnerabilities within the bug bounty program. Advise developers on security best practices. Improve security threat modeling and secure coding throughout the development lifecycle. Create security abuse cases for testing during development. Perform and oversee security testing and vulnerability remediation. Monitor and report on current threats and vulnerabilities. Automate processes for detecting and monitoring platform security. Your Experience & Skills Proficiency in scripting and automation. At least 2 years of experience in web penetration testing, including blackbox and whitebox testing. Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities, testing techniques, and OWASP framework. Experience collaborating with the hacker/pen-testing community. Strong team player with the ability to build relationships remotely and across teams. Understanding of secure web application development. Comprehensive knowledge of IT and information security topics. Experience promoting security awareness. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of managing relationships internally and externally. Ability to anticipate problems and understand long-term implications of decisions. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Effective at prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
